Kelly Rutherford Lost Custody Of Kids In Court Ruling

Kelly Rutherford got a big blow when it was ruled out that she cannot have custody of her two children which also means that she will not be able to bring them to United States as has been reported by People magazine.

Kelly Rutherford’s ex-husband Daniel Giersch has been granted the full custody of 6 year old Helena and 9 year old Hermes in a ruling from Monaco judge. The information has been put up by Daily Mail.

The two kids have been staying with the father in France and Monaco since 2012. They will continue to stay with Giersch, however, decision pertaining to their life will be made both by Giersch and Rutherford.

Rutherford can meet the kids only in France and Monaco. Rutherford had earlier appealed for the custody of kids in New York and California State, but it was put down. The Monaco court wants to go ahead with the ruling made by it earlier.

The 47 year old German businessman Giersch has welcomed the decision of the court, but back in August he was blamed that he has kidnapped the kids. The latest ruling by court is a result of Rutherford’s own wrong doing.

The decision that Rutherford can meet the kids only in France and Monaco is because back in this summer she had refused to return the kids and court was aware of this move from her.

It was the wrong moves made by Rutherford that made the court to arrive at this decision. She cannot blame anyone for the present outcome but only herself.

The battle between Kelly Rutherford and Daniel Giersch for the custody of the kids has been going on for nearly six years and this is just another step in this case.
