Dressed in a sparkling gown, Kelly Rowland looked as if she has been nominated for the Oscars.

The 35 year old singer was seen at the 24^th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscar Viewing party and as she walked on the red carpet everyone was dazzled by her looks.

The racy plunging neckline and the slightly sheer material of the gown accumulated attention from all around for the star.

The gown clung to the toned physique of the star and the cleavage in the dress certainly showcased more than the fair share.

This is not all, as a crystal hair piece added more bling to the former star of Destiny’s Child, who was already shining brighter than a diamond.
